Problem
The challenge
The founder had a clear vision and no technical co-founder — and a plan to build on WordPress that couldn't support LLM orchestration, background job queues, or the per-user state Navia required. Four distinct AI-powered modules needed to ship as one coherent platform.
Outcome
What we built
We talked her off WordPress, then built on Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL with a background queue for async AI jobs and a prompt orchestration layer powering all four modules. Full build — architecture, design, engineering, QA, and deployment — in four months.
- →Next.js + Node.js full-stack from scratch
- →LLM prompt orchestration layer
- →Background queue for async AI processing
- →Content Engine, Brand Manager, Task AI + Admin

Product in context

“I don't usually write reviews, but this totally deserves one! From the moment we started, Arslan brought incredible energy and expertise. He not only delivered high-quality work ahead of schedule but went above and beyond — creativity, clear communication, and solutions I hadn't even considered. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any development project.”
— Taylor Smith, Founder, Navia
